When will I get my order?
Processing
- Non-customized orders: We aim to ship within 1–3 business days.
- Customized orders: Standard production time is 5–7 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping
- Shipping time is separate from processing.
- Expedited shipping does not shorten production time.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Free local pickup is available in Stouffville & Markham, Ontario.
- Rush hand-delivery within the GTA can be arranged — please email us at hellocreateandso@gmail.com for an estimate.

Can I cancel my order?
Because all items are handmade and personalized, we do not accept cancellations. Please ensure all information provided is accurate before submitting your order. Once you approve your mockup, the design will be created exactly as approved.
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please review your customization details and mockups (if applicable) carefully before approving.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping in Canada & the US.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. If you are located in the GTA, you can pick up your order in Markham, Ontario. The exact pickup address will be shared by email after your order is placed.

Can you make something completely custom?
