Processing Time

At create & so, most products are handmade and customized to order.

Processing times vary by item.

  • Non-customized orders: We aim to ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Customized orders: Standard production time is 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

For event stationery, production begins only once approval is received. Delays in proof approval may extend your production timeline.

Canadian Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer both standard and express shipping. Delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days depending on the carrier, your location, and the method you choose. These delivery times are added on top of the production period for certain items.

Free local pickup is available in Markham, Ontario. Please select this option at checkout if interested. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

United States Shipping

We are currently offering shipping to the United States. Please note that U.S. orders may be subject to duties and import fees. At checkout, please select the shipping rate that works best for you.

International Shipping

International shipping is available. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout—please choose the option that best suits your needs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders within Canada, taxes applied at checkout are based on your province. For international orders, any duties or import fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if a package is refused due to unpaid fees, no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hellocreateandso@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. Each case is reviewed individually; however, review does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Please note that once a package is handed over to the carrier, create & so is not responsible for delays, damage during transit, or lost packages. Shipping carriers handle all deliveries, and we cannot offer refunds or remakes for issues that occur during transit.

Orders containing errors based on the information provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales of personalized or custom made items are final. Because each item is handmade and customized, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all details—including spelling, names, dates, and customization notes—are correct before placing an order.

Once your artwork is approved, the sign will be created exactly as shown in your proof. No changes can be made after approval.
